1. Return & Exchange Conditions
Customers are required to check the condition of the goods and may request a return or exchange at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
The product type or model does not match the order or the description on the website at the time of purchase.
The quantity or set is incomplete compared to the order.
The external condition is affected (e.g., torn packaging, peeling, breakage).
Customers must provide relevant documentation as proof of the issue to complete the return/exchange process.
2. Notification & Return Timeline
Notification period: Within 48 hours from receipt of the product, in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage.
Return shipping period: Within 14 days from receipt of the product.
Return location: Customers may return products directly at our office/store or send them via postal service.
