Shipping & Delivery Policy

 1. Delivery Methods
  • Customers can purchase products directly at our store.

  • Delivery via third-party shipping partners.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Ho Chi Minh City area: 2–3 working days (excluding holidays).

  • Other regions in Vietnam: 3–5 working days (excluding holidays).

In certain cases, delivery may take longer due to force majeure circumstances such as:

  • Our staff is unable to reach the customer by phone, preventing delivery.

  • The delivery address provided is incorrect or difficult to locate.

  • A sudden surge in orders causes delays in processing.

  • Delays from suppliers or shipping partners.

  • Overseas regions: Delivery times vary depending on the country, territory, and specific customs regulations.


3. Geographical Limitations

For bulk purchases or wholesale orders from customers outside Ho Chi Minh City, we will use third-party logistics providers. Shipping fees will be charged according to the service provider’s rate or based on the contract agreement between both parties.


4. Responsibility for Documentation in the Delivery Process

  • The logistics provider is responsible for providing all shipping documentation during delivery.

  • The carrier has the right and obligation to provide invoices to government authorities upon request.

  • The carrier must transport goods following the principle of “original packaging, original seal.”

Each package will include:

  • Recipient information (full name, phone number, and address).

  • Tracking number.

  • An invoice issued by lecilaser.com to ensure the safety of the shipment.


5. Responsibility for Damaged Goods During Transit

  • The carrier must compensate the shipper for any loss or damage caused during transportation.

  • The shipper must compensate the carrier and third parties for damages if the transported goods are hazardous or unsafe and were not properly packaged.

  • Customers have the right to refuse delivery and request a return or refund under our “Return & Refund Policy.” In such cases, we will coordinate with the logistics partner to resolve compensation in accordance with our service agreement.

Note: In case of delivery delays, we will promptly inform customers, who may choose either to cancel the order or wait for the delivery.
